PET-CT Scan imaging and diagnostics are the focus of Nuclear Healthcare Limited (NHL), a wholly-owned subsidiary of Thyrocare Technologies. Two PET-CT scanners are located in Navi Mumbai, two are located in New Delhi, and one is located at each of the 12 imaging facilities that make up NHL. Indian cities of Surat, Vadodara, Jaipur, Mumbai, and Aurangabad Nashik, Both Bangalore and Coimbatore. NHL also has a medical cyclotron plant in Navi Mumbai, which generates the radioactive biomarker FDG used for PET-CT imaging.

The CPL is controlled by a barcoded and bidirectionally interfaced system and a Laboratory information system, both completely automated. To collect samples for its diagnostic services, Thyrocare Technologies relies on a pan-India network of authorized service providers made up of Thyrocare Service Providers (TSPs), Thyrocare Aggregators (TAGs), and Online Clients (OLCs), all who collect samples from local hospitals, labs, diagnostic centres, nursing homes, clinics, and doctors who use the company's diagnostic services.

As of March 31, 2019, Thyrocare Technologies had a network of 6342 approved service providers throughout 555 cities, 32 states, and two territories. This included 578 TAGs, 529 TSPs, and 5235 OLCs. Since the CPL and RPLs can now reach a wider audience thanks to the expansive network of authorized service providers, the company has a more excellent pool of potential buyers to choose from.

In 2011, Thyrocare Technologies helped spread the word about Nuclear Healthcare Limited (NHL). On November 15, 2014, Thyrocare Technologies bought a majority share in Nuclear Healthcare Limited. In 2014, Thyrocare Technologies started establishing RPLs (Regional Processing Laboratories).

To acquire the 4611,000 equity shares of M/s. Nueclear Healthcare Limited, from the other six shareholders and making it a wholly-owned subsidiary, Thyrocare Technologies issued 3187562 equity shares at a premium of Rs. 295.95/- per share for the fiscal year ending March 31 2016. As of December 16, 2015, NHL is a wholly owned subsidiary of the parent corporation.

Thyrocare Technologies' diagnostic services division saw a rise in revenue during Fiscal 2016 thanks to several factors. These included an emphasis on preventative care offerings, faster turnaround times thanks to newly established regional processing laboratories, increased brand awareness, revenue from recently introduced verticals and media campaigns, and expansion in the company's imaging division.
