As of its incorporation on July 3, 2008, Texmo Pipes and Products Ltd has been publicly traded. The firm produced a variety of PVC and HDPE pipes, including suction and delivery hose pipes rigid and flexible. On May 13, 1999, the business was founded as a partnership called Shree Mohit Industries. They launched their industry by making PVC pipes with an initial 2928 MTPA installed capacity. Back in 2000-2001, the company began turning out HDPE pipes. Established in 2003, the company first produced suction and delivery hose pipes, elastomeric sealing ring fit PVC pipes (gasket pipes), SWR pipes (column pipes), HDPE plain pipes (sprinkle and drip irrigation systems), and SWR pipes (columns).

They boosted PVC pipe installation to 4137 MTPA and HDPE pipe installation to 2228 MTPA. They added to the installed capacity by 5933.20 MTPA and 4435.20 MTPA in 2005-06. During 2006-07, the company expanded its PVC pipe production capacity to 6797.20 MTPA; in 2007-08, it expanded its HDPE pipe production capacity to 7217 MTPA.

On July 3, 2008, the firm changed its status to that of a public limited company; on July 28, the same year, it was issued a certificate of initiation of business under the name Texmo Pipes and Products Ltd.

To streamline its operations, the business executed a Business Transfer Agreement (BTA) in August 2008 to acquire the assets and liabilities of three promoter group entities: Shree Balaji Industries, Shree Venkatesh Industries, and Shree Padmavati Irrigation Private Ltd. After the merger, the combined production capacity for PVC pipes was 12,211 MTPA, while the production capacity for HDPE pipes was 8095 MTPA. The firm began producing PVC pipes with diameters ranging from 20 mm to 315 mm and HDPE pipes running from 20 mm to 630 mm after commissioning Unit II in September 2008.

Existing production facilities, Unit-I and II, in Burhanpur, are now undergoing expansions to increase installed capacity for PVC pipes and HDPE pipes. PVC and HDPE pipe installations would bring the total installed capacity to 41674 MTPA and 11023 MTPA, respectively, if the projected extension were to be implemented. It has been proposed that the firm expands into the production of woven bags and injection mouldings.

They hope that by producing CVPC pipes, Drip Inline pipes, and DWC pipes, they will be able to serve clients in the macro-irrigation, sprinkler-irrigation, lift-irrigation, and building materials industries. The company aims to grow its domestic client base by providing better service and delivering products more quickly.
