Between 1977 and 1978, Rolex Industries was founded by Rupesh Dayashankar Madeka and his brother Manesh Dayashankar Madeka as a partnership. On April 26, 1988, Jiten Dayashankar Madeka was enrolled as a partner in Rolex Industries by a partnership deed issued in Rajkot. Rolex Industries welcomed Ashok Dayashankar Madeka, Pinakin Dayashankar Madeka, and Bhautik Dayashankar Madeka as partners on October 10, 1989, and December 31, 2002, respectively. As a result of the efforts of Paresh Dayashankar Madeka and Dr. Mihir Rupeshkumar Madeka, The Company Rolex Industries accepted Hemal Paresh Madeka and Sanjay Bhagwanji Bole as partners.

Certificate of Incorporation for "Rolex Rings Private Limited," a joint stock company formed on February 13, 2003, was granted by the RoC, evidencing the partnership's transformation into a joint stock company following the Companies Act 1956. Upon the Company's conversion to a public limited company by the special resolution passed by the Shareholders of the Company on February 19, 2021, the Company's name was changed to Rolex Rings Limited, and on March 10, 2021, a new certificate of incorporation was issued by the RoC reflecting this change. The Company's primary focus is on producing and distributing hot-rolled forged and machined bearing rings and other car parts. Bearing rings, gearbox components, and car parts are only a few of the products offered by the firm.

It can also create and build tools and products in its factories. A wide variety of hot forged and machined alloy steel bearing rings, ranging in weight from 0.01 to over 163 kilograms and in diameter from 25 millimeters to 900 millimeters, have been made available by the firm to date. Because of this, the goods may serve various end-user industries, including the automobile, railway, industrial infrastructure, and renewable energy sectors. In 1988, the firm opened its first factory in Rajkot, India, producing forgings and forged goods. The firm was designated as an Importer-Exporter in the year 989.

It was invested by Rivendell PE LLC and bought six Manyo 600-ton auto forging presses in the 2007 fiscal year. The Hatebur Hotmatic HM75XL Hot Former and the Sakamura Model HBP-120SS were acquired that same year. Unit 2's central excise registration was made possible. The SMS MEER Ring Rolling line was developed in FY 2010.

The firm invested in an Enomoto Machine CoLimited Servomoto Driven Screw Press 16000kN during the 2018 fiscal year. Over 60 customers in 17 countries, primarily in India, the United States of America, and Europe (specifically Germany, France, Italy, the Czech Republic, and Thailand), received bearing rings and automotive components from the Company in the fiscal year 2021.
