ISO-9002:1994 accreditation for quality system implementation has been proposed for the Narketpally Milk Processing Unit and the Hyderabad Sales and Registered office. The organization has received ISO-9002 accreditation for liquid milk manufacturing, packaging, and sales.

In 2001–02, the firm set up a packaging and requisition station in the BattiproluGuntur District with a daily output of 50,000 liters. In the financial year ending 31 March 2014, the Board of Directors of Heritage Foods approved/allotted Bonus Shares to the existing Equity Shareholders of the Company as on the record date, i.e., 29 July 2013, in the ratio of 1 Bonus Equity Share of Rs. 10/- each credited as fully paid-up for everyone eligible existing fully paid-up Equity Share of Rs. 10/- each. The company's name was changed during the year from "Heritage Foods (India) Limited" to "Heritage Foods Limited" by a unanimous vote of the company's shareholders, who accepted the removal of the country's name from the company's official title.

Heritage Foods' Renewable Energy Division expanded into solar energy generation throughout the year. The captive power need was met on September 29, 2013, when the firm commissioned a 2.34 MW solar power plant at Masjid Adavi Village in the mandal of Medak in the district of Telangana. Annually, the 2.34 MWp Solar Power Plant can provide 3.75 million units of eco-friendly power. The solar facility was established with a total investment of Rs. 1675 Lakh.

The Dairy Division commissioned 26 new milk-chilling equipment, including bulk mini chillers, mini chillers, chilling centers, and franchisees, during the 2013–14 fiscal year. This allowed for more milk procurement without compromising product quality. Heritage Foods' Dairy Division boosted milk procurement and quality by 35,000 LPD thanks to the commissioning of 22 units during the 2014-2015 fiscal year. This equipment included Bulk mini chilling units, Mini Chilling units, chilling centers, and Franchisee units.
