Dwarikesh started out as a small sugar factory in the Bijnor region of Uttar Pradesh in 1993. Still, it is a rapidly expanding industrial conglomerate with interests in sugar, electricity, and ethanol/industrial alcohol production, among other areas.

The firm has sugar refineries in the Bijnor district of Uttar Pradesh at Dwarikesh Nagar (Najibabad), Dwarikesh Puram (Afzalgarh), and Dwarikesh Dham Tehsil Faridpur District- Bareilly, with a total daily output of 21,500 tons. In addition, affiliated businesses and organizations with similar missions to theirs are also present in New Delhi and Rajasthan.

The Company operated two sugar factories in the Bijnor District of Uttar Pradesh as of the 30th of September, 2010, and one Sugar Unit in the Bareilly District. The total sugar, molasses, and electricity output for the company's fiscal year ending the 30th of September, 2010, was 1831707 units, 905605 units, and 212637950-kilowatt hours, respectively. The Company's installed capacities as of the 30th of September, 2010, were 21500 TCD of sugarcane, 30 KLPD of industrial alcohol/ethanol, and 86 MW of electricity.

In 2019, a distillery with a capacity of one hundred thousand litres per day was put into operation, which has been increased to 130 KLPD wet-equal-full as of the 22nd of November, 2020. Rectified Spirit, Ethanol, Extra Neutral Alcohol (ENA), etc., are only some of the distillery products that may benefit from the increased capacity. Recently, we have begun producing hand sanitizer. Our distillery capacity in Dwarikesh Nagar is currently 162.5 KLPD, thanks to installing specific balancing equipment and the subsequent acquisition of necessary regulatory permissions.
