About Delta Corp
The only publicly listed firm in India operating in the casino (live, electronic, and internet) gambling sector is Delta Corp Limited, a flagship company of the Group. Originally founded in 1990 as a textiles and real estate consulting firm, it has now expanded into a variety of industries, including real estate, gaming, hospitality, and online gaming.
The Company's advantage as an early adopter has helped it establish a dominant position in the organized gambling and entertainment sector in India. The creation of sustainable value for Delta's 2,000+ employees, 250,000+ shareholders, society, and clients is their goal. In FY 2020, the company reported combined net revenue of more than INR 800+ Cr and EBITDA of more than INR 300+ Cr.
As of right now, the company and its subsidiaries own and run casinos in India, in the states of Goa and Sikkim, as well as a global casino that opened in Nepal and offers about 2,000 gaming positions. Additionally, by purchasing Gaussian Networks Private Limited, which runs the online poker site "Adda52.com," they have entered the rapidly expanding online gaming market. Three of the six offshore gaming licenses granted in Goa are held by the company, along with two online gaming portals and one each in Sikkim and Goa.
The company presently runs Kings Casino, the only floating hotel with a casino in India, as well as Deltin Royale and Deltin JAQK, two of the largest offshore casinos in the nation. Additionally, they own and manage the Deltin Suites in Goa, an all-suite hotel with 106 rooms and a casino. They are the owners and operators of the websites Adda52.com for online poker and Adda52rummy.com for online rummy. Deltin Casino Worldwide, which is based at the Kathmandu Marriott Hotel in Nepal, is where they also began their international business.

Total consolidated income of the company reported 3- fold jump at Rs 279.87 crore for Q2FY23
Delta Corp has reported results for second quarter ended September 30, 2022.
The company has reported net profit at Rs 56.91 crore for the quarter under review as compared to net loss of Rs 5.03 crore for the same quarter in the previous year. Total income of the company reported 4- fold jump at Rs 164.79 crore for Q2FY23 as compared Rs 38.50 crore for the corresponding quarter previous year.
On the consolidated basis, the company has reported net profit at Rs 68.25 crore for the quarter under review as compared to net loss Rs 22.57 crore for the same quarter in the previous year. Total income of the company reported 3- fold jump at Rs 279.87 crore for Q2FY23 as compared Rs 82.52 crore for the corresponding quarter previous year.

Total consolidated income of the company increased 13.01% at Rs 285.02 crore for Q3FY23
Delta Corp has reported results for third quarter ended December 31, 2022 (Q3FY23).
The company has reported a rise of 10.98% in its net profit at Rs 74.20 crore for the quarter under review as compared to Rs 66.86 crore for the same quarter in the previous year. Total income of the company increased 3.36% at Rs 174.26 crore for Q3FY23 as compared to Rs 168.60 crore for the corresponding quarter previous year.
On the consolidated basis, the company has reported rise of 20.52% in its net profit at Rs 84.82 crore for the quarter under review as compared to Rs 70.38 crore for the same quarter in the previous year. Total income of the company increased 13.01% at Rs 285.02 crore for Q3FY23 as compared to Rs 252.20 crore for the corresponding quarter previous year.
