In 1993, Cupid Limited was established as a Public Limited Company with the Registrar of Companies, Maharashtra, and by 1995, it had been listed on the Bombay Stock Exchange (BSE).

Over 500 million pieces of male condoms and 25 million pieces of female condoms may be produced annually at the company's state-of-the-art plant. Its factory is at Sinnar, close to Nashik and around 200 kilometres east of Mumbai. The World Health Organization and the United Nations Population Fund have only ever pre-qualified only one manufacturer to distribute its condoms to both sexes.

In addition to its primary factory, the corporation also maintains a bustling research and development division. Supporting healthcare providers, governments, and NGOs in spreading the word about the need for regular condom usage in preventing sexually transmitted diseases (STDs) is a major focus for the corporation.

Cupid Ltd., a pioneer in the male condom industry, was co-founded by the global market leader Green mate Corporation. Production for sale began in January 1997, supervised and educated by technicians from Korea. It's one of the biggest factories in India, and it's headquartered in Mumbai. The firm has sales offices in Cleveland, Ohio, and New Delhi, India. Additionally, Cupid Ltd. has been granted FDA clearance to export to American consumers.

In addition to producing and selling condoms for both sexes, Cupid also produces and sells water-based lubricants, latex dental dams and probe covers. Cupid's extensive selection of goods is offered in more than 25 countries.

Located around 200 kilometres from Mumbai, in the picturesque resort town of Nasik, is a state-of-the-art factory with a capacity of 360 million pieces each year, and pollution control measures are still being developed. Cupid Ltd. has been a public limited company traded on the Bombay Stock Exchange (BSE) since 1995.

With three shifts running around the clock, Cupid Ltd.'s 250-plus employees have extensive manufacturing, maintenance, and quality control expertise.
