In February of 1995, the firm issued a public issue to raise capital for constructing two LPG bottling facilities in the vicinity of Pali and Udaipur in the Indian state of Rajasthan. There has a total capacity of 14,400 tpa, with each unit having an installed capacity of 7200 tpa. In March 1995, Pali began producing goods for sale in the commercial market. It began selling its wares in Rajasthan under the brand name Devarsa Gas.

In March of 1996, the business opened its second bottling factory in Udaipur and began commercial production there. For the first time in India in 1995-1996, a gas cylinder with a capacity of 25 kg was made available to customers in the commercial and industrial sectors.

Alongside the bottling of its branded cylinders, the Company is also engaging in contract filling of cylinders belonging to other firms on a job work basis. This allows for the Company's bottling operations to be used more effectively.
