About CMS Info Systems
CMS Info Systems Limited was founded on March 26, 2008, as Subhiksha Realty Private Limited, a private limited company. On December 10, 2008, the company changed its name to "CMS Info Systems Private Limited." After that, on January 27, 2015, the business became a public limited company and adopted its current name, "CMS Info Systems Limited."
The Indian bank, financial institutions, organized retail, and e-commerce enterprises rely on the organization to meet their extensive outsourcing needs. CMS Info is a firm that provides Cash Management Services, Managed Services, and other services. The Firm is India's biggest cash management company based on several ATM points and retail pick-up points as of March 31, 2017.
As of December 31st, 2016, the business managed the funds from the fifth-most ATMs worldwide, making it the fifth-largest ATM cash management firm. For the 2017 fiscal year, the firm processed a total of Rs. 7290 billion in cash transactions through its automated teller machine and retail cash management operations.
From the Reserve Bank of India's (RBI) initial deposit into currency chests (branches of selected banks authorized by the RBI to hold and distribute rupee notes and coins for circulation to banks) to the re-deposit of cash into banks at the end of the cash cycle, the Company provides a wide range of services across the entire cash cycle in India.
Cash management services, which include ATM services, cash delivery, and pick-up, and network cash management services (collectively referred to as "retail cash management services"), Managed services, which include the sale of ATMs and ATM sites, as well as related products and maintenance services, and others, which have trading in cards and card personalization services.
The Company believes its services aid in accelerating cash through the cash cycle by helping customers meet outsourcing needs and accelerating cash handling through automation and reduced duplication in the processing and turnaround of money, thereby allowing customers to boost productivity and decrease cash processing costs.
The number of automated teller machines (ATMs) in India grew from 121847 on June 30th, 2013, to 222762 on June 30th, 2017, reflecting the rising demand for cash and cash-related services among Indian consumers. To speed up the cash distribution to customers, they are also progressively outsourcing the administration of their ATMs. Furthermore, the Promoter, Sion Investment Holdings Pte., is behind the company.
