About Asian Granito India
On August 8, 1995, the firm was formally established as Karnavati Fincap Private Limited to operate as a non-banking financial entity. On August 29, 1995, the business went public and adopted Karnavati Fincap Limited. After pivoting from finance to textile trade on March 18, 1999, the firm changed its name to Panchariya Textile Industries Limited to reflect the business's new focus. Company rebranding occurred on July 28, 2000, when Vasudev Textile Industries Limited replaced the previous name.
The promoters of Asian Tiles Limited bought out all other shareholders in the company in September 2002. After transitioning from textile commerce to the ceramic tile industry, the firm changed its name to Asian Granito India Ltd. Dalpur hamlet in the Sabarkantha district of Gujarat is the site of the company's new industrial endeavor, where vitrified tiles will be produced. The Promoters are well-versed in creating ceramic floor tiles for sale under the trade name 'ASIAN TILES,' which they have used successfully.
In October 2003, the business began commercial production of vitrified tiles at its first plant, which has a capacity of 4000 square meters per day (33,580 metric tonnes per year). By January 2005, commercial production had begun on the second manufacturing line after the firm had attained total capacity within nine to ten months. The plant's daily output grew from 6,000 to 9000 square meters with the addition of this second line (75,500 metric tonnes per annum). Slab vitrified tiles 905mm x 905mm were initially made by this business in India.
To keep up with demand, the business installed a third production line in October 2005 and began commercial production in July 2006. So, with this new addition, the facility can produce 14,000 square meters of space daily (117,500 metric tonnes per annum).
